You will begin the Becoming Balanced program with two days, known as your “loading days.” In this short phase, you will be loading on healthy fats (among other whole foods) to prepare your body to release stubborn fat.

You will begin the Becoming Balanced program with two days, known as your “loading days.” During this brief phase, you will incorporate healthy fats (along with other whole foods) to prepare your body to release stubborn fat.

Phase 2

Weight Loss (31 days**)

During this phase, you will transform your body into a fat-burning machine through a combination of a hormone-balancing diet, natural supplementation, stress management tools, and guided coaching.
