To sum up the work that let’s me say “I love what I do”, BeBalanced. Here, I am fulfilled by walking in my purpose to treat humans with the grace and compassion it takes to persevere on a health and wellness journey. Hello, my name is Susan Freemesser. After feeling “stuck” and hopeless (like many of you) for nearly 20 years, I decided to give BeBalanced a try in January of 2019. I cannot imagine where I would be today if I had not been open to trying BeBalanced. Not only did this program work for me, but I have also seen it work time and time again for people just like us. After 30 years in a high stress career I decided that there had to be a better way to live my life. I was imbalanced, physically and mentally. My joints ached, I was having horrible hot flashes and night sweats, my mind raced, and I could not lose the extra weight that the stress had brought on. Yoleine has a deep passion for health and wellness for over ten years. Yoleine is a graduate of American Military University with a Master of Science degree in Health and Wellness Management. Yoleine first started as a Health Promoter for the United States Army in Daegu, South Korea serving soldiers and their families with their health and wellness needs. She now manages the center in McKinney, TX as a trusted hormone balancing specialist, empowering women to achieve their highest quality of life.
I am a wife of 32 years and a proud mother of 2 amazing adult children. I have worked for the federal government and private industry for a combined 30+ years and was tired of accomplishing someone else’s goals and objectives. In my quest to find what I wanted to do with my life I found BeBalanced in the fall on 2018, and opened my store in Leesburg in May of 2019. I did the program myself in October 2018 and lost 22 pounds in a month and more importantly I have kept it off! I feel amazing! I have so much more energy, sleep better and don’t wake up soaked in sweat. Karen is passionate about the incredible science of the body and loves motivating others to take care of the one body they are given in life.
Gali has always had a passion for health, nutrition, and well-being. For many years she conducted her own research and tried to learn why so many weight loss diets tend to fail and how there were no clear reasons for her own bloating, lack of energy or joint pain. In her research she began to consider that these issues could be from her food diet or hormonal imbalances. In her journey to find answers this led Gali to furthering her education to look for root causes of her symptoms. In turn, Gali studied and received her certification as a nutritionist. She also addresses other areas in life beyond nutrition, such as exercising and functional movement. Gali enjoys sharing her passion with the world and helps inspire people to get healthy and reach their life goals of weight loss, hormonal imbalances, gaining energy, gut symptoms, or any personal health goals whether small or substantial. In Gali’s recent experience she worked as a Health Coach where she guided clients with types of addictions. Nicotine and sugar to name a few.
