The entry period begins at the time of the original giveaway post and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the day of the Grand Opening event for the participating BeBalanced center.

BeBalanced Natural Hormone Weight Loss Centers (“Sponsor”)

Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state in which the participating BeBalanced center is located, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of BeBalanced, its parent company, affiliates, franchisees, and advertising/promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter:
To enter, follow the instructions provided in the official giveaway post shared by the participating BeBalanced center. This may include submitting an entry form, liking a post, tagging friends, or other entry actions as specified.

All required information must be submitted by 11:59 PM local time on the day of the center’s Grand Opening. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection & Notification:
One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries the week following the Grand Opening event.

The winner will be contacted via phone, email, and/or tagged or shouted out in a public announcement on BeBalanced’s social media accounts.

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected. If no winner is confirmed, the prize may go unawarded.

Prize Details:
One (1) Grand Prize – A FREE Weight Loss Package at the participating BeBalanced location. Package offerings may vary by center. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another offer.

Publicity Release:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, or for any technical failures that may affect participation. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless BeBalanced, its affiliates, franchisees, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry or acceptance of the prize.

Right to Cancel or Modify:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Governing Law & Disputes:
All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses. No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages shall be awarded.
